Սուտասանը (The Liar)

The king announces that he would give half of his kingdom to the person that can tell a lie that is believable. He thought that no one can surprise him. One day a man comes in with a bag on his shoulder and tells the king that he owes him a bag of gold. What will the king say? Will this be the lie that wins the man half of the king's kingdom.
